Lils liability for short delivery or defectibve goods is contingent on you submitting a written claim within 7 days of delivery, as per our Return and Exchange Terms. This claim must include the invoice number, Order ID, phone number used for the purchase, and details of the claim. Lils is not liable for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses (including lost profits) resulting from delays or failures to fulfil any obligations under this Contract due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, industrial actions, power or equipment failures, government actions, or Acts of God. You acknowledge and agree that Lils and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Lils has been informed of the possibility of such damages), arising from the use of the site, or the sale and supply of goods and services related to the site.
