Cancellations & Refund Policy
HOW CAN I RETURN THE LOCAL ORDERS
This policy pertains to exchanges only. We do not accept returns and refunds on any of our products.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
Please note the following regarding order cancellations:
1. Product Limitations:
There may be certain products that we are unable to accept or fulfil. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
2. Right to Refuse or Cancel:
We retain the discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
If your credit card has been charged for a cancelled order, the order amount will be reversed and credited back to your card account.
4. Cancellation Process:
Timing of Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled (except in the cases mentioned above) only before they have been processed to be shipped.

2. HOW TO EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT?
Product Exchange policy is 3 days from date of delivery of the product. To raise an Exchange you can Go to My account section, select the eligible product you want to return and then select the product you want it in exchange of it.
Please note that exchange requests will not be processed on Sundays. The product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Valid Reasons for Exchange:
1. Defective or damaged product: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you are eligible for an exchange. Please note that this does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
2. Incorrect product: If you receive a completely different product from what you ordered, you can exchange it for the correct one.
3. Sizing issues: In the case of apparel or footwear, if the size you ordered does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size, subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above or if there is evidence of misuse or tampering.
