1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number.
2. After 2 Hours or Once Shipped
Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may wait for the package to arrive and then request a return or exchange according to our Return Policy.
3. Prepaid Orders
Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Out-of-Stock Items
If any item in your order becomes unavailable, we will notify you and initiate an automatic cancellation and full refund.
